Yeah, I figured since they were 16x8. I sold my Regas for $2150 without tires. I think I could of squeezed alittle more out of them but its whatever. I miss them dearly...

I'm getting closer. I think I have a bad injector or the cam gear is off a tooth, because it won't start now.... I dropped one of my injectors when I had it off the car and I think it may be damaged now. Anyone have any OBD1 SOHC injectors laying around?

Thanks man, it's getting there. I'm excited to get it back on the road and hit up some meets and hopefully get to some auto-x events this summer. A friend of mine locally thinks he has some injectors, so hopefully that works out. I was thinking it might be a bad ground, but I built all the grounds and installed them like I always do, so I don't think that's the issue. It's turning over like it has fuel and spark, but just won't get past the hiccup backfiring and actually start. That's what makes me think it's timing or the injector.

 

Ugh, you guys make me hate myself when you post pics. Now I have to take "xyz apart" and clean up "abc and repaint it" ... damnit!!

I'm slowly getting to where when I see pictures of my own car I don't say to myself "Damn, should have painted that when I had it off". I took the front clappers apart last night and cleaned and repainted/polished everything too. Feels good to be getting more and more stuff back to being fresh again.

Total noob mistake as to why it wouldn't start last night... I had the car up on it's side on two jack stands thus causing the 1 gallon of fuel in the tank to sit on the far end and not get picked up by the fuel pump. Car runs like a champ, now have to finish the brakes, bleed the clutch, and figure out where the little oil leak is coming from...
