hows the clearance with the fenders on the front?

 

^ clearance is a piece of cake with added camber for track work, a tad under -4 degrees in the front

 

Beat me to it haha, yeah running -3.8 degrees in the front, theres still a bit of room there though.

Is black intake manifold powder coated?

 

my captiva blue hatch before and progress...getting close.

 

No, cleaned it really good, a coat of BBQ paint, then a few heavy coats of automotive Duplicolor satin black and satin clear. Might not hold up that well over time, but I don't drive the car much so it should be fine for a while.

Here's my baby she means everything to me i know its not the nicest car in the world but i got a lot of compliments and you just cant beat a honda.

had another EG hatch meet last night... this time only about 8 hatches made it due to the lack of notice given...but the small number was good as it was easier to handle and easier to mingle and get to know people

we were also joined by a couple of EKs

 

Cool to see that many in one spot. I don't think that would work out very well where I live. 90% of the people that own EGs are not to be trusted...

it actually does get pretty scary at times, syndicates are actively stealing hondas again here (they quiet down and concentrated on other cars for a couple of years)

and they're getting ballsy as well...1 dood got his JDM FD2-R stolen right out of his apartment complex...thief came in, took the car and just rammed though the barrier at the exit

nowadays i rarely drive my car out... it used to be a daily though...

 

Can someone help direct me to somebody who knows there shot with swapps and turbo set ups to get ur **** runnin 11's

 

Alot of nice egs out there. Cant wait to start building mine :D
