No man I didn't get it, there were 20 interns wanting the position and they chose 4. I'm about to be extremely unconventional and use seafoam. My compression has gone up by about 10 psi since I've installed the longblock, so lets see what happens. Also, C2 is about 10 psi lower than the others.

My method (5 motors later no damage)
1/3 in the oil
1/3 in the gas tank
1/3 sucked through the brake booster line while car is running (just letting the car sip slowly at the seafoam, then when theres a bit left in the can, shut the car off and equaly pour some into the spark plugs to let sit and dissolve the carbon on the piston tops)
Wait 15 minutes about
Turn the car on and rev motor to 3k RPM for a couple of minutes
Then drive around town spirted (not too fast to draw attention with the Police)
When you stop seeing smoke return home
Change the oil and filter (seafoam will thin it out alot)
Change your spark plugs (Dont forget to gap then to .044)
And your set!

What did you use to paint it?With all the oil pouring in to my #1 cylinder I imagine the carbon build up is horrible... Once I get the valve seals done I'll probably sea foam the heck out of it before I change the plugs.
I may do it again in a few months. You can definitely see the results coming out of the tailpipe. It's not using a Scotch Brite pad but it's also cheap, easy, and very effective. A+
Should tighten that bolt there
, super clean though. I should clean mine up.

new "cluster"

my other hks water temp gauge will be going on the left side.

Gawddammn your EH is looking perfect with those Regas! Absolutely gorgeous.
Boca, yeah man, as time passes you start to see that the people who stick around are the genuine enthusiasts. Its crazy but I've actually had my car for about 4 years now.

Car looks amazing on the black Regas man! Love the spoiler without the 3rd brake light too.
So far this week I've changed my front rotors, replaced the rear calipers pins, fixed my exhaust leak with copper rtv, seafoamed engine, changed oil, changed spark plugs. I have new trailing arm bushings, outer tie rods, and a clutch kit w/ 12lb flywheel waiting for my lazy butt to quit playing xbox.
Been a busy weekend. Went to a pick a part junkyard Friday and took out the black side door panels, rear panels, and other misc black interior. Then picked up another set of black interior from a friend to mix and match the best parts from each batch. Then picked up some minty DC Integra seats. Just have to get a black dash and a few other misc pieces then the grey to black interior conversion is complete! Been a busy weekend!
you guys are having all these great weekends, im having weird transmission problems, my car is now hard to shift gears and is making a weird whinning noise when i press my clutch in, ordering a new clutch tomorrow hopeing it solves my problems
Sound's like a bad throw out bearing.
