I'm friends with the people in Naperville, IL who started Altered Toyz and met him through there. I thought it looked familiar with the illest sticker and I know he's been trying to sell it for a bit, than I saw you were from Tennessee also and thought it must be lol

It wasn't really easy for me to get rid of my eg, but I really had no choice. and the gti is a perfect daily for me. I moved out to central florida, I have no garage, the eg was my only car. I hear theft over here is crazy so I didn't wanna risk it not being in the lot at school and work. If i could've had both I would, but sometimes you gotta sacrifice the things you love.

Looks like I'm back in a EG once again. Picked up a EG Si. I got some EG6 Wheels with tires forsale as well as a BYS Duckbill if anyone's interested. I'm looking for a OEM Hood Bra & Window Visors if anyone got some forsale.
thanks, man. I honestly feel like its worth it. I was sold after the test drive. Its so smooth, words can't explain lol it only has 20,xxx miles so its as good as new. I've been looking into mkv gti's for some time now so this is exciting for me.
I'm in south FL and my EG lives in a garage for that very reason.
Get the APR stage 1 flash and the H&R cup kit and that car is done. Love GTi's.

for eg hatchback owners
-jdm dc2 itr upper rear seats
-jdm db8 itr bottom rear seats
the perfect combo to match your front jdm itr recaro srd's
price is $500 picked up in san francisco, $550 shipped, price is FIRM
not perfect, has a little fading but what do you expect from 15 year old seats

not my pic but will look like this when installed, no gaps like the dc2 bottom cushion

pikachu - GTi's are nice daily driver cars! my friend had one of those last year and sold it for an M3. he actually misses how much gas mileage the GTi got! he didn't do much to it and it looked pretty nice (ABT lip kit, BBW CH's, Bilstein PSS9's, Neuspeed exhuast, and a chip of course).
i have to admit, the car drives really nice and definately gives the Si a run for it's money! car was damned expensive when it first came out though as my friend added leather and sunroof and it was well over 34G's CAD..ouch.
Timmdog - welcome back to the EG's! post some pics!
