yea thats kinda of what I was thinking....I think if I do that I will get a typeS swap. I think if I sell my turbo kit and swap I can round up most of the money to get it done. I want to "restore" the car once I get on my feet out here, all new moldings, paint, etc.

I want to restore it and build it with a lot of factory parts so I can enjoy it for a long time with out it looking "trendy" Im going to be 31 this year and would feel kinda silly in gutted car with a cage.......but dont want to get rid of my baby so I think this is a good option to enjoy the car into the future. Its an SI so I would like to add power windows, locks, folding power mirrors, 5 lug and all the fun goodies like visors, factory fogs, optional audio console, JDM rear interior. Basically resemble a restored stock car if you dont know what you are looking for.

 

Thats exactly what i did! Got all the inside goodies, 36mm 5 lug and the biggest 4cyl honda makes along with a bay done by NHSwaps!

Yooo Scotty whats up dude. I got my swap from EagleJapanMotor.com, they are great. I got my Recaro SRD's and my swap from them. My friend Tuan - HT SN - 6Spd_Ej6 got his K20R swap and a 36MM 5 lug from them, I would recommend them to anyone. Call and ask to speak with Sam, they have great customer service and their products are exactly as described, you won't have to worry about them sending you a different item then what they listed.

Hey thanks alot man I will have to check them out. Its good to hear from other people than to just go out on a limb. Was your swap clean appearance wise? im afraid to order a swap and have it be all corroded and rusty or some thing. I know H motors is good to but they seem expensive......but then again they can be because it seems like they consistently sell good motors lol

I Was extremely happy with how clean the motor was. We still pressure washed it... I mean its a motor from 98 with 24,000 miles and it's 2011 now. She was sitting for a while lol.

Lol the car had way more in it too, drove 2.5hrs there threw the old beat slicks on and just made couple shake down passes. Magazine cars that actualy move lol
