im pretty sure the vx and cx have like a 10.xxngallon tank and the rest of the civics have the 11 gal tank my car would always take a couple bucks less too fill then my friends Si hatch

They were either 10 or 11.9 gallons. The Sis or ex and sedans I believe all had 11.9 in any year but the 92-93 cx and dx and maybe even the vx had the 10 gallon tanks. They varied by year.

i did mine satin but depending on the year i believe 92-93's have the center and outer grill painted black and 94-95 have just the center grill black and the outers color matched

as for 7" width... my friend is rocking 165/50/15 on his 15x7 wheels and they look stretched enough.
dont know about ur 18" though...might be the same...might not.

Maybe I'll do satin black since my car is dark blue... Darker black might pop more. Lol. What sand paper should I use to sand it? This is my first time painting anything, want to do it right.

I think it looks better with an intake manifold IMO

Thats what I need to do as well, I have a stock dual core half'er on my car but I need to get an aluminum one and move it to the passenger side. You should put an intake on there that doesnt have such a sharp bend at the TB. GSR intakes work real nice and with a half size radiator they would put the filter right behind the bumper grill.

I believe all 92-95 CX, DX, VX hatches have a 10.2 gallon tank. With the filler neck it is probably a tad more. I usually get about 450 miles to a tank which equals out to about 42MPG. Can't beat that! I wish the damn thing had AC so I could drive it more often instead of my 15MPG truck...
