def is a clean car. i think the headlights are clean i have set on my car just because i like how my hid's beam doesn't shatter with the stock headlights. i just think those headlights look better on dark color cars. call it rice but i'm happy with mine. what do you guys think of those black housing headlights? here are the headlights on my car.

I agree with your point on the hids with the black housings vs. the stock headlights...i'm running the same set up...my car is posted up two or three pages back...I think the black housings witht the amber corners makes the front end look mor aggressive, imo....car looks good man...is that phantom gray?

 

i forget the name of the color but it came off of a hyundai accent haha.

I was thinking about getting a set for that exact same reason, I have upgraded bulbs in my hatch and I still cant see ****.........and I still get flashed all the time


I found a seller that has an aftermarket head light with a non fluted lense that is glass for EG's I may try it out with an HID setup. They are not black housing though and just the head lights so I can still run my JDM corners.

 

Have you tried those bulbs Eran used/s? He wrote a review on them some where on here. They were bright and lit up everything really well. I have to find the link for the site. I was gonna buy some for my hatch before i got rid of it.

I agree with what you're saying about the HID beam but Idk I don't really like the headlight itself. They look great on your car, But not on mine. The previous owner had them on here but I'm going to be replacing them soon.

Cuz people are afraid of getting rejected by haters, so they build their car how someone else wants it. This is what I've witnessed in certain squads, like "Da 620 Squad Yo" or something, and then they have a M Power logo in their sig or something.

 

A-F***in-Men....that ***** for the birds....do your own thing it's your money your car...doesn't make any difference whatsoever what someone on H-T thinks about your style as long as your feeling it...half the people on H-T that bash other people's rides aren't posting their ride for that exact reason...way too many hater's when they should be showin love instead to a fellow car enthusiast....most cars on these threads are all clean...there is the exception of very few ricers but everybody just stop hatin'

Hmm thanks for the link man I may have to give those a try! Found them for about $40 online which is not too bad I guess. I have GE super whites right now I think?? they have been in there a while and I was thinking about trying the sylvania silverstars but maybe I will give these a shot instead.


It just sucks because my friends driving in front of me will call me to say turn off your high beams and other cars will flash me but I have my low beams on. Apparently they are super bright to every one but me because I cant see any thing with out the high beams on.......ripping on the car at night is scarry because its pretty easy to out drive the headlights lol

I have the same headlights on my hatch, Im running the Retro Solution 55w 6k Bi HIDs, the housing make the light output look great.

I just spoke with the guys that will be doing the body and paint work on my car (yes, it's finally going to stop looking like a POS) and I decided on the Smoky Granite Pearl/Mica from Toyota/Lexus.




Should be starting this in a few months.

These are the non fluted glass housings, I have hi/low beam HID's now and it doesn't work that great, when I use to just have low beam HID's they were awesome. No light scatter just an even spread. I'd like to find out where to get another set

i agree with you. i just think the headlights suit dark colored cars better. i love how stock headlights and clear corners look on teal eg/eh.

thanks dude. can't wait to see how your car looks with that color. whenever i have the funds to redo my body work i think i'm going to go for the altima se-r gray. it's a little darker than my gray.
