Really clean. How's your LSV running?

 

its running.... I don't know I think it should be faster.. It could be the fact that the guy who had it before me tuned it with Chrome. And it could need another Tune to get it right... I wish I had money and time to figure out what the heck is up. It runs fine just sputters at idle. and I barely beat GS-R teggies so I just think I should be a little stronger.. Ran a 15.1 with CRAP for tires

I completely disagree.

I debated over making a build thread for a good while, but finally decided to make 1. Basically I didn't want to because it would be a slow build and so it would be pointless.

However I came to my senses after getting lazy because I was the only one that cared for it so I made a thread to be excited about doing work and posting it.


If I didn't then I would never work on it so I figure I might as well get some followers to cheer me on. To get advice too. Yeah its nice being complimented but its just something to look forward to.

 

I'll only make a build thread when I can afford to do it all at once, as in within a year.

Oh yeah, HBK, a/c is halfway done, waiting on the P54 bracket and a couple of more things, but the hard parts are done.

Cool man, then you can teach me how to put A/C back on mine! I have most of the stuff but some lines and the condensor + compressor. Its prob pretty easy to put it back since I've had it in there at some point. Do you have AIM,MSN, Yahoo or something of the sort?

Great decision, you think an EVO could be more fun than a head-turning EG!

They always regret it and miss it but they never get it back once its gone. Its especially not a smart idea to do it when you haven't experienced a built car yet. If its built and you're still not satisfied, you can just part it out and get most of your investment back.

I can't wait to see your car after paint. I almost fell on my chair when I saw what the FG360 Mugen steering wheel goes for lol. You sir are a baller haha..

K24 has got to be so much fun, especially in a RHD EG6 thats got lots of nice upgrades in suspension, body and interior.

I would rather have a 20k EG Civic that has been built 100% to my liking than buying a 2008 Civic Si for example. They are nice but if I spent 20K on an EG it wouldn't be a cookie cutter and it would a great experience to learn how to build a car and all the friends,meets,memories and hardships throughout it all that would be well worth its weight in gold, ya feels me? :-p


On the other hand I'm dropping off my car at the body shop on Monday. It will look like it belongs in the Honda catalog :-)

 

i feel u, but u gotta remember ive been into hondas for a little over 10 years...ive owned a lot of different ones and even lived in japan for 4 years and owned ek9 civic type r....so that thrill of finishing the car doesnt satisfy me that much no more...im still gonna get an evo...just pushing it back a little by finishing the hatch

I know its personal opinion but I never liked those steering wheels They look like they were stolen off of an arcade game. Different strokes for different folks though, I know some people love and some people hate the wheel on my car too.

 

I could not see myself parting ways with my car, i feel like a **** star and a celeb wen i drive mine!

Oh and its ****ing fast and insane too boot!
