4 Things:
1. Stay in your own damn lane, @ 2:14 you damn near hit that Mazda around the blind corner.
2. Keep both hands on the wheel @ all times, better to ding the rev limiter in a turn than to go through it with one hand on the wheel. Eventually you will learn to plan your speed to have an efficient powerband through the turn.
3. Apexing was terrible but we'll leave that to the fact that it was on the street (which is dumb enough in and of itself.
4. All those spoon parts and you can't afford to take your under-steer machine to a track day?

I'm all for a spirited drive, but I'm very much against pushing it that hard on the street. That and I'm getting old....

 

1.I understand I went over the lane. The road had dirt. Sue me. And I was nowhere near that truck. Mazda whatever.
2.To get into the turn the wheel had to be turned while I was shifting. And my car isn't lsd so all it will do in a higher RPM is give me even more understeer and send me into the mountain.
3.Like you said I was on a street so why would you point that out.
4.ALl these Spoon parts and yes I do track my car at least once a month.
5.I'm 33 so I consider myself old too. If you can't take the heat then stay out. And if you feel old..... Maybe that's why you don't take your car to the track.

the fenders are pulled 30mm over stock. i had a staggered set of wheels for track/spacers in the front.

I've got plenty of seat time, and take my car to the track frequently; where'd you get the impression that I dont? I was saying that I've grown out of bombing mountain roads. If you are 33, it's time to grow up and quit being a dipshit on the street, pure and simple. Drivers like you are the reason Hondas are stereotyped and pulled over so often. PS: you were in the trucks / mazda w/e's lane .... so you were close.

You seem very immature for 33, sideways hat and big sunglasses and all. One of the main reasons that I dont drive on street anymore is because I've been in my fair share of wrecks (none of which I was driving in), I assumed you were young- I was trying to save you the pain of those wrecks. Why do you assume I can't take the heat? I'm not the one acting mature. If you want to keep discussing this, PM me. I didn't mean to offend you which I clearly did; just give you some advice and save you the trouble and time that I've had to go through by learning from my mistakes. I mean abuse as in I haul lumber and beauty bark regularly in the teal car lol Right now there are 2 gigantic spools of cable in the hatch. You drive fast on paved roads....mine rallys dirt roads haha It never gets things like washes, oil or break pads

hatches are very versatile cars though, I remodled alot of my house just using the teal car. The only things I couldnt do were dump runs and haul sheets of plywood. Although I could have hauled the plywood with a roof rack!

 

What was his deal anyways?? Such bullshit thats why I'll never take my car to fast food joints in seattle, I heard tons of whack storys
