No pics but I had the es oval. No cat, no mufflers... just straight pipe from the header. Raspy as hell.

Also had it on another car. This time with cat and 2 mufflers. Quiet until you smash the throttle.

"to each their own" is the dumbest cliche statement. Its basically saying you can do something stupid but because you did it and maybe like it, its ok.
OG's grow tired of people who show up in a scene they've been a part of for more then a decade and hear/see all the dumb **** the new DA owners do and say.
All of the replica companies and their "cheap"parts make something nice like a classic looking DA look like crap. For those of us who spend the time and money to put quality OEM or aftermarket parts on we grow tired of junk.
Not everyone wants to "slam" their car. </TD></TR></TABLE>

so what your saying is, if i (the owner) might like it, its not cool cuz its not OG? f*ck all you (jasperDA9) and your "OG" selves.... you always have some negative bullshit about someones car cuz its not your style, or OG enough.(maybe frome jealousy?).. to hell with that ****. OG's can eat my ****. or dust, whichever comes first. a nice classic looking DA? come on, the DA is one of the most shat on cars to the aftermarket because of you "OG" gangsters. take your mad tite tucks, and all that other **** out. WTF? you hate on someone because of aftermarket headlights? to each thier own. what soemone else does or like, shouldnt give you the right to hate on it and bash on it. i think your car looks like dog ****, and im entitled to that opinion. i really dont care what anyone on here thinks of me, or my comments, or my car. i can put some rice *** **** on my car, and the best part is, youd be seeing it from behind, so who are you to judge? not ****!

on with the ricing and un-"OG"ing of teh DA's... if you like it, do it, and POST LOTS OF PICS.... to irratate **** bags like that guy

Yup,

After pulling and installing the tranny 15 times we contacted the company.
We took it back and turns out,

they put the right Hub on the Wrong Disk....
So they took out the Center spline hub and put it on the correct Disk,
the first disk was a few MM too large, and because of this it was catching the inside walls of the pressure plate and not letting it realease.

But shes finally home now.

And holy mother of... I totaly forgot how hard a Kevlar 6 puck clutch grabs,
I felt so imbaressed when i stalled at the first few redlights...

But there is no option with this clutch, its either your not wanting to go anywhere,
or you put into gear and let go and your gonna go... I mean go.

My old one was also 6 puck but worn out....

People just need to shut the hell up and post pics. If the car is weak sos, all the "OG members" and people with any taste will know it w/o having to say anything.

Onward with the greatest thread yet

Hey Coke in a Can, I noticed your 818 under your name. Where you from? I'm from Sylmar.

Anyways, I'm an extra medium OG'er and an 02'er and I still dont give a **** about what the young bucks do with their DA's. If they hold on to the car long enough, they'll come to understand whats real and whats not on their own. Til then, let them be happy with what theyre doing to their cars. Afterall, it's their car. Just my .02.

Please explain why you think you need a six puck on a stock B16? It's not helping anything, just more of a pain in the a$$ to drive in traffic

How are spoon calipers fitted on a da? Require custom work for 15in wheels? Or simple bolt on? Which offset works best, +35 or +45 for the application?

If you want to stay 4X100, you either need to use an aftermarket 4X100 rotor that is 11.1", or redrill some OEM ITR/Prelude VTEC 11.1" rotors to of a different PCD to 4X100. Spoon calipers are made for brakes bigger than non-ITR Integras.

The calipers fit over 15" wheels, but in most cases you have to use a wheel spacer. The +35 would have a better chance of clearing without a spacer.

You might want to PM member 'J.' He has Spoon calipers on his DA. He uses aftermarket rotors.
