manually crank it back and yank out the brain

acura turned me down cause the previous owner "tampered" with it

 

^Thats weird because i tried yanking mine from bieng stuck because i thought it just got hung up on something. It didnt work so i took it to acura and they fixed it no questions asked. They replaced all the molding and gave my car the best wash its ever had too
