DA Integra's Only
hb420 thats exactly what i was thinking. Except maybe that particular RS was ordered with a sunroof back in the early 90s from honda specially? Anyways that doesnt really matter anymore lol. He flaked and i just looked at another one today. Im just the kid needs a certain amount of cash and i know the teggy isnt worth it, it has to many issues. Its definately a project. Its an LS, five speed, funtional pw, pl and sunroof. Tan leather interior (seats are completely shot) the car needs a new carpet. Third gear grinds a slight bit under normal operation. I was thinking maybe that 4000 rpm trick might work when you just barely push it into gear while idling so the rpms drop about 100 and rev 4000 for approximately 10 seconds. 260k on the odometer, claims the motors been replaced or rebuilt (he bought it from his dads boss two years ago, no proof). New tires, the motor feels like it needs freshening up or somethings restriciting it but im not sure. I havnt driven any DAs besides for my brothers old type r swapped one (smoke the tire off that car lol) it just feels like its lacking power but not necessarily compression. It has an oil leak coming from somewhere. Not dripping but you can see it building up on the transmission and head ect. And the most interesting bit is the steering. Its kind of slack at first and very easy to turn and then it gets really still almost like it doesnt have power steering anymore. Im not sure if its a pw st issue or a worn out steering knuckle or shot tie rods (forgot to check those
). I figuered this would be the best place to ask this since this thread is all about DAs. Im also going to post in that integra only forum. Thanks for any info you all might be able to give me!

The fabric spray works pretty good if the car isn't a daily driver, it fades to fast. I used the same exact brand. Rit dye works amazing. But is more involved and time consiming
gonna do this too later this week when the parts come in from honda. This is my first Da out of 3 that has this dumb leak.

Swap the door hardware over. Bolts right in. Then run the wires to the needed spot. I believe there is a relay you need to install also. I had an ls dash harness installed so I already half way there when I did this conversion
Just found a sweet Best Motoring video featuring a DA6 Integra. It battles other random hatchbacks of its era.
Also, just wondering if anyone has done the 02 Civic rear big brake upgrade (260mm) on this forum? I bought some rotors today and have hopefully secured some 02 Civic rear calipers for the swap. I've heard people use 98spec ITR pads for this - is there more pad area on them than the Civic pads? I was just going to use the Civic pads but with a race compound.

also i'm parting out my green 93 ls-sp. its next to my black da doing the gangsta lean.
I wouldnt mind selling the shell but she got some rust so I figure I can make more parting out. And the jdm headlights are not for sale I already put them on the black DA.

well underneath the doors and stuff. The frame I guess. They remind me of rails so I just say rails lol. But yea some serious rust is setting in below the car and on the rear quarter panels.
