According to the US CIA World Factbook in 2006, the International System of Units is the official system of measurement for all nations except for Myanmar, Liberia and the United States.

Last time I checked the UK used MPH as their speed.

Apparently no countries still use the metric or decimal time system only. However, China uses the decimal system along with the duodecimal system.
