Last time you and I had a man date, you have a white eg hatch with a B18 swap and no EK. And I'm guessing the van is a work thing. I don't think Im going to his wedding. Although I invited him to mine and made him wear his Army uniform, I hope he doesn't do the same to me.

We spoke over text a few month ago, but I thought maybe you weren't exactly sure who you were talking to. Anyway, I brought the eg hatch back to stock, sold it, and then sold all the parts. The van is for work. Ashley has a Camry for work. We only drive the civics on Saturdays and Sundays.

you're 100.

the attached picture is what it looked like when I cared. Now it looks like a stock sedan. I have Si hubcaps, a JDM front lip and JDM headlights. Other than that, stock.

Have you talked to Chris Michaels lately? He's still into his DA and it's probably nicer than any DA I've ever seen. Pretty uniquely done for a Honda.

I haven't seen his DA.

Your sedan looked good. Should have left it alone for once.

I've tried searching but have yet to find any decent write-up on doing ABS delete for the DA.

I have done brake like tuck on EF so am familiar with how to flare lines, which fittings are needed & so on

I wanted to see if anyone as a visual referrance of before/after pictures & if they ran into anything issues.

Thanks - Charlie

Chris has your old friend Shawn's honey beige DA. he's done a lot since he got it. It had a turbo on it and the engine blew up like two weeks after he got it. Sssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhocking.

Thanks. I have left it alone now.

Oh ok. I guess I did know he bought Shawn's DA. It was just a stock LS motor though right?

I haven't looked at this thread in like 5 months. I see alot of good things happening.

Anyway I picked up some F&F type 1s to hold me down until P.I.C rebuilds my coilovers. Changed them out last night and boy are the P.I.C better lol. The F&F on the highest in the rear still tucks. I'm in michigan where they don't clean roads : (. Can't wait to get them rebuilt. So F&F coilover will be for sale soon.

I am a web/graphic designer but no photoshop was used lol. Thats Blaze blue plasti-dip and the other side is plasti-dip white. Couldn't make up my mind lol
The wheels are 15x7 enkei j speeds with 205/50/15 dunlop zII tires.

My engine bay is boring. You'll see that red valve cover you sold me years ago under the hood tho. I will post a pic when I find one

I've decided to build my brothers DA....

A few years back we did a b20 for him.
https://honda-tech.com/forums/all-motor-naturally-aspirated-44/all-b-non-tech-guys-budget-%3D-dyno-3023522/

He wanted more power so, I was going to rebuild another engine but last fall he bought a new tsx. I was going to part it out, but decided to build it for him so that we can go to race events together.

The new engine is almost done.
Going to focus on the body now.

Goals for next 2 weeks:
1) remove abs & strip bay
2) chassis wire tuck
3) remove bumpers, drop off entire car at paint shop.

I think once it gets warmer out I will pay some love to the DA. Just too cold to care right now.

I just put some suspension on the TSX, need to buy camber kits though to get it aligned and squared away.

I recommend the TruHart camber kit for the TSX. That's what I have.

Hmm ok, I'll look into it. Was just going to go with SPC, good quality stuff right there.

Where did you buy yours from?

Yea that sounds good to me. Found this if it helps:

I've taken mine out and remember there was some wiggling involved to get it to clear the dash etc.

Just picked up a sweet daily driver the other day, gonna replace my E36 which is always giving me grief . Its a '91 DA8, unfortunately its auto but will swap in my spare S1 manual. I'm pretty keen to do that 5th gear ratio swap for low rpm cruising. Anyone done that ratio swap on here?

I've also done some work on my track car recently. Took the head off, put in some racing springs and a set of Kelford 176-B cams. This is the first major engine mod I've done, everything else is bolt-ons so am very keen to see the power gains. I'm tuning via the factory PR3 ECU using BRE but having issues with datalogging at the moment. Am hoping that the wideband, tacho and vacuum gauge will help find the right place in the tables. Just gonna have to play around with it.
Also did a ALB brake delete which saved heaps of weight, managed to find non-ALB hard lines at a local wrecker.
