if you don't mind, how much is going to cost to get your frame pulled? i'm pretty sure my 94 teg needs it done. just haven't gotten to the point of finding out prices yet, kinda nervous lol

might wanna pull the intake manifold to do it honestly. give you lot more room to work. i know, that won't be anymore fun for you either

so i'm confused... you've got what looks like a really good turbo setup, but not a very aggressive clutch at all. do you have very low power goals or am i missing something?

power goals will be around 300whp MAX on an EBC, and around 240 driven around town (hardly), the turbos a little big for my power goals but it gives me room to grow. Its a pretty standard hybrid turbo i guess: T3T4 57trim w/ .63 A/R nothin special. we'll see how the clutch holds up.

Had that on my last setup, made 410 peak whp, was pretty fun little guy, spooled up VERY fast on my setup.

Looks like you might have clearance issues with the WG and the Radiator, any test fitments for that yet?

Very nice..on that b16 right? IIRC you were using a full ram? i have a feeling mine will make full boost just under 4k and im only reving to 7500k.

no test fitment yet, so far the only thing is getting a good return line to match cause the turbo sits kinda low. should drop it in in about a month or two after i put on all the OEM gaskets.

ever take your setup to the track? i would like to hit 11.99 lol

That was LsVtec with close around 9.8 compression and Pro 1 cams with the ram horn. Made full boost around that time and was terrible with a manual boost controller in the car. Was only reving that to around 8200 and power flatlined around 7500 or so.

Yes, I would make sure you spend time with the return as to not cause over oiling issues.

Never made it to the track on the turbo setups yet, I went back to stock cams and go a Garrett 61mm turbo and made 435/275. Haven't had funds for slicks or time to hit the track.

Depends on where i went and how much i wanted done. I was quoted $200 from a guy locally but after waiting for the last few months decided to go somewhere else.

I was quoted $500 from a very reputable shop around here (stock or modified) but they would not straighten out the driver side area where the windshield washer reservoir goes through that hole in front of the driver side mount. That was going to be extra. The one i ended up going to was $600 and they are straightening out the frame rails on both sides (i didnt even see the other side needed it either until the guy pointed it out to me) and straighten out the sheet metal on the driver side. This place is Auto Elite out here.
