DA Integra's Only
Sig worthy. Idk what rock you climbed from under but you're not schooling anyone with that here. Anyone who can speak a word of english pretty much knows this. It's like the 2nd thing you learn after you learn how to write a complete sentence in 1st grade.
I had a carbon fiber hood but it got ****ed up the only one i could get was a white one so i went over it with primer, the closest guy that has a red hood is gonna be a 3hr drive. i think its worth it vs paying like 150 to get it painted.
yeah my hood looks ricer =[

nice! mine is still stock too, and I'm enjoying it because once you modify something that's where it will start you to go crazy..lol..
I haven't seen any other DA's with the Britelites. I have had mine since they first came out. Wish i picked up the red ones though.

Finally, got my damn front control arm bushings pressed out. Now, just need to put my es bushings in the arm and replace front lower ball joint and I'm good with my suspension overhaul. I'm still going the autox though on sunday.

But really, to think no one knows this..... really share with us some more of your infinite knowledge?
What happened to the dinosaurs??????!!!!!
I was just pointing out the fact that your sentence made no sense what so ever, grammatically speaking and that it was also funny as hell!
Ding ding

Herb, did you know babies come from the stork!
on a side note...i cant wait to hear vtakkkkkkkkkkks again once my gsr is back together
what is up with these civic guys, I mean damn if you don't know that honda and acura are the same company then you should just go buy a chevy, or a gmc, or a cadillac, because at least those are each their own companies..........

i didnt know there was that much of a difference between the ls and gsr, actually now that i think about it, for some reason, even my b20 looks like it sits pretty high

Also, the H2B setup provides some evidence of less hood clearance: you can use the setup without hood tilt on EG/DC (by cutting the underhood webbing), but even with the hood cut on a DA you have to tilt the rear.
From what I understand, the EK chassis has the best hood clearance of all of the 90s Civic/Integra chassis. The DA and EF are the worst (EF being the absolute worst).
Makes sense.
If you think about the cars in 2 sections, a top-half and a bottom-half, you get the bottom-half which includes the bumpers, hood, fenders, doors, rear quarter and trunk. The top half includes the windows up to the hood. On the early 90's models, the lower half is shorter and the top half taller. As the years went by the top half started to become shorter and the bottom half taller therefore allowing more room under the hood. I'm sure this was in an attempt to increase aerodynamic efficiency as they brought the roof line down. Also this allowed for better ground clearance, my DC had great ground clearance whereas my DA I'm always fearing the ground, even at a normal ride height the "meat" of the car up front sits low it seems.

advantages
better transmission options (itr/b16)
being able to use stock b-serries mounting locations (no cutting or welding)
having the option to go back to b-serries if you wish
best part.. A **** load of torque.
disadvantage just as knowledge said is the hood clearance. I have my hood tilted a good amount (don't remember the exact measurement)
If any of you DA owners are interested in running this set up; I talked to Bisi @ Bisimoto engineering & he said that he would create a DA specific kit if we could get a minimum of 10 people in a group buy.
If your thinking about going K; In my honest oppinion I would go H2B over a K-serries any day. For the price of a stock Kswap you can have a fully built H2B or a stock H2B for less than half. Not to mention less hastle. It's an easier swap & still gives you the option to go back to B. If you go K , there's no turning back once you cut the passenger mount and shifter mounting. Well with out major modifications
My friend disagrees. Which would you guys preffer?
