i wouldn't say it's the latest trend, i had a carbon kevlar hood on my black ej1 back in 2007 and the cost wasn't that much more than carbon fiber. im just looking for one for the DA, seems our cars aren't popular enough to get one made. i've seen them for pretty much every Honda out there....i'll just have to start actually searching now.

 

Pulled the teg out of the garage today for a little and let it run. Fist time since october

 

ive been lookin at that hood for a while now and thinking about getting it. the company also makes a kevlar hatch. i emailed them about that line down the middle,and they told me that they don't make/have kevlar pieces large enough to cover the hood

 

Of course it didn't cost that much more. Most of these hoods on the market are fiberglass hoods with a layer of carbon fiber or kevlar on top.

must have been a fun daily. Theres a set of mr5's complete with all hardware for like 1100$ with tires from memoryfab, im not sure if it would look nice on my car though

 

MR-5s look dope on any DA/DB. Those wheels were made for the DA.

It's SUPER hard to find them in 16" like the ones on that DB2, though.
