before you make fun of him (if you are), i'll be the first to defend the driver. i was there when it happened and talked to the clutch masters guys after it happened. the guy is a hell of a driver who consistently pilots that car into low 9s. talking to his crew after it happened they said he was having a hard time holding the car straight and was more worried with that than his shifting at that point and thats when he miss-shifted. so no matter how much **** people talk on the guy, he is one hell of a driver and i have seen him make several clean, low 9 second passes. he was doing what any good driver was should do was trying to keep the car straight and not let it get away from him. **** happens. we've all miss-shifted at one point or another, just not to the extent that he did

 

its all good im not making fun of him, its just rare that you see integras bust out front wheelies. I cant really talk **** to a professional driver lol...

Make the other guy pay for tire swap? lol. just keep looking at pictures of da's in different colors with blades. They might grow on you more.

 

also my gf hates the blades but i think they'd grow on her. these wheels would be pretty temp. once i get money im going to put on my ssr integrals sssooooppeerr light!!

wheels need to be polished how much will that cost me in materials? ill need sand paper and wheel polish?

I'll play along...really clean cept for some small rust spots I need to fix. Currently my DD with 260k on the clock with the stock LS motor.
Plans are to:
-GSR swap it using the ls tranny (dont bicker to me bout using the LS tranny)
-Good Suspension
-Some decent wheels
-oh...and boosted safe on 8-10 lbs until I decide whether or not to do an all out build again like I did with my 92 Civic hatch with a fully built h22.

Ls tranny with the gsr motor is gonna suck (had to say it lol) Looks pretty clean though

 

im going to be selling a b16 s1 tranny here in the near future..lol

 

Vtak and boost will make up for the LS tranny....Im not too worried bout bein fast as a blur...just dont like the b16 or gsr gearing. Plus I have a '89 240 Im puttin a 2JZTT in for my haulin *** car...the Teg is the DD that Im going to have fun with. I went all out on my hatch with the h22 so I need somethin different to "build" now.

Keppin the LS tranny...dont like the gearing in the 16 or gsr....

 

LoL yea GSR with an LS trans will be doo doo, pretty soon we'll see posts like "Why am I getting beat by Civic Si's and Rsx's when I has a motor swap?"

I could not imagine a B series VTEC motor with the gearing that makes the motor do what its supposed to do.
