IMO that conversion is a waste and the cable trans is better. The only reasons I think people go to a hydro trans is the better options. But I have an LSD and my trans is fresh!

Nice, is this a temp job or your desired career path?

ah ok, well hard work gets noticed, good luck, you never know where this job will take you!

When I turned 18 I was working at a Bennigans in the kitchen while going to school. Finished my AA and was still working in the kitchen, it was fun, easy money and easy woman and was exactly like the movie Waiting.

I then took a job working for the company MICROS(those of you who have worked in restaurants, casinos, stadiums, etc know) which is a point of sale company(technology). I did system installs, database programming and network setup. I was in the large venue department so I only saw high end hotels, casinos and stadiums. Traveled 98% of the time and worked my *** off for 2 years.

Then took a job locally at a small software company where I write code for their proprietary software. Still in school too

So again just roll with it and see where you end up, good luck!

isn't it rough on your engine to floor it in 5th for 12 minutes?

no, because i daily drive my car, everywhere i go, i would rather rock rotas or fake rims anyday than spend 1,500 to say "i have volks" or "i have bbs" then they get stolen or bent from a pot hole. The ONLY way i'd buy something legit is if it was for a good price

Who has to spend $1500 to get nice wheels? There are plenty of legit wheels you can get that only cost between $400 to $800. You live in cali so there should be more then plenty of options for cheap legit wheels. My friend just got a set of m7's for $700 shipped to Pa from cali with brand new tires. I know i don't have the best wheels but i got my works with azenis for $350. If you have to worry about your wheels getting stolen then why buy rotas? If they get stolen it's still a waste because they aren't free

Actually from my experience Real rims (Work, Mugen, Volk, ETC) are constructed better and do not bend or break as easily as say a Rota wheel.

As for getting them stolen, think about how much more difficult it would be to move a real, lets say Work RSZ-R then lets say a Rota Slipstream. The Work wheel will draw more attention and be more difficult to get rid of in MOST cases.

Sadly I did pay around that much for my wheels

honestly, people are less likely to steal gt3's than they are to steal gabs, spoons etc. But if i found legit rims that were a good price in sizes and offsets that i liked then yeah, but for other people who have bigger priorities than rims, rock rotas, drags, and sportmax all day, i'd rather handle other things first

spending 1,000$ on a set of wheels sounds like a big priority in someones life, unless you're ballin or someone else paying for your ****
