I need some help. VTEC wont pop on my 2000 Si. I recently completed the head gasket replacement, and had the head cleaned up, changed a few valves and all the valve seals. Vtec wouldn't pop before, and it still wont. There are no CEL's. Sometimes, if im lucky, i may faulty hear or feel it. I cleaned out the solenoid, and even tested the top part to the battery, and it clicks. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?! Car's pretty much stock except for an Intake.

Yes sir, I am going to be buying a RHD 00' spec ITR half cut and end up using that in the db, I purchased the b16b for now and will put it in a 99' hatch. Nothing like having 2 Type R clones.
