BUILT NOT BOUGHT!
this is good i like it
so lets start
wanted i honda engine for a long time
finely got one. i had blown piston. dude pushed to much psi and melted it under pressure lol
so now im building all motor engine
1)so i had now stock b18c1 in my garage with blown piston
2) my cylinder walls were damaged so bout new hight comp. pistons and bored it to 82mm planning on going to 10,000-10,500rpm i rebalanced my crank, rods, pistons, lightened flywheel and main pulley. so now everything is balanced i had my block done
3) still had to do my head. so first P&P, bout new duel valve springs. and stage2 camshafts. of course apr head studs.
4) my angine was all done. but i didnt have a shell to put it in. so went looking for a shell and found 2000 si blue straight shell with one owner and 70,000miles on the shell (winning). didnt have front fenders, hood, bumper.
5) so painted the bay, dropped the engine, bout 2000 front end and all i need was rims.
6)so found xxr 16x8 0-ofset the were sticking out pass my fenders like an inch so then i roled all my fender out.
7)then bondo and paint
lots of things i didnt mentioned
and i still have to go to speedfactory for the dyno test
so here some pix

thinking of taking the torn up crank pulley bolt from the old green POS and having it put in a block of plastic, I fought with that thing for three days when I took it out last year

working on really complicated AN line angles for my fuel pump and filter assembly, I forgot how the whole fuel pump cage bolted up and I made the dam thing. anyone had good luck with facet gold series pumps? I'm probably the only one here carbed so probaly no one knows anything
My old db is still swapped. B20v.
That's the highest in the rear and about half down in the front. I can be on the ground if I lowered it more.

Here is a few video of my j swapped civic on the 1/8th mile with a couple of friends. http://youtu.be/UigB-iN4gi0 The best time I could get out or the car was 8.44@83.02mph. 1.8250 60 ft
Hey what's up BNB? I haven't been on in awhile. I'm lovin' some of the progress on everyones rides. Daniel nice that you went back to a DA9. What it do Evan? looking forward to you getting your EK. Still no show on my stolen DA , but I am enjoying the shizz outta my DB8 ; )

a little update, the pump plumbing is done on the pump and fuel filter, I have one of the hardline to AN adapters coming, this allows me to cut off the flare of the hardline where it comes from inside the car, and adapt it straight to AN, I will post a lot of pictures of that when I put it in. A lot of guys are even using these adapters for fuel injection with no issues, I'm working on moving the canister right now, it's probably going to go on the front beam, and I'm going to simplify the carb venting to simple vents to the air cleaners. That means a lot of lines come off of the firewall.
the pump had to have the lines cross over like this, there simply isn't enough room between the filter and pump otherwise
