DOnt have any pics on this computer, im deployed so i got a shitty laptop cuz of the dust. I made just under 400 on pump with the GT40, pistons rods and a block guard...stock head. My buddy is building my new motor for me while im here. fully built LS Vtec with a 6266 BB...shooting for 500 on pump
I had pretty busy weekend. I began by installing the Password JDM Dry Carbon Intake system on the Si. It was a pretty easy install, instructions would have made it easier. :D
Then, I went to my friends shop to use his lift to install the Password JDM Shift Linkage Bushings, Stainless steel brake lines, and the Wilwood 4-Piston Calipers and Rotors.

Old and New Bushings:

As for the rear bushing, You need to purchase two washers! The Bushing actually slipped out of the sockets because the washer was too small. There was a bracket on the old bushing, but it didnt seem to come off, either way, problem solved.

The Wilwood System is great! I had to purchase a set of 17s to get them to fit. I went with the Momo X-43s. Great deal on a set with new tires. Had to bleed the brakes twice as the first time the brakes where still soft.

On another note, I was trying to figure out why my VTEC is weak and the Speed Sensor CEL is on. I checked fuse 15, not burnt, so I took out the Speed Sensor above the trannny and turned the gears, speedometer worked. I also took apart the VTEC Solenoid and cleaned the filters. I think the issue if the leak in the head gasket. It's a good size leak, so it's loosing some pressure.
Next Project, replace the head gasket. Anyone bored in houston? :D

i know he has mentioned KAF before from time to time. i know when he was just home on leave in dec he said he was there waiting to fly out to come home. he's a light wheel mechanic, but does pretty much everything. i know he goes between posts a good bit, or he used to anyhow.

OH..so im looking at grabbing this white EM1 coupe with a B16...its RHD and is in the for sale section..anyone have any info on this car? if it was done right? any info is welcomed...its the 1 with a pink bay
The plans in the making for this project will be a complete SCCA "STREET CAR" so this car will be driven... No AC no PS & whatever else I can remove. I’ve had this H22 just begging me to rebuild so in mid June will be my starting point. I will have my first seat time by the end of March.
