BUILT NOT BOUGHT!
Yea, I get that a lot. Sorry don't take it the wrong way I'm a very humorous/sarcastic person
Which u obviously can't tell thru the computer screen
I dunno I'm just never could appreciate a persons car with 20 stickers all over and a intake and exhaust on a 1.5 to back it up
and if you are ever in a situation where you have to take a sharp turn on stretched tires....well I hope you know what would happen..
But as always....to each his own

How did I know someone was gonna say that..
Like I said, to each his own, I don't wanna start a big debate in the middle of you guys' thread.
I know people have done it, with and without issues, and while it may look nice..
FACT: the sidewall is the weakest part of a tire

we slide all day on stretched tires. never had 1 issue. my s13 had a 400rwhp sr in it, slid on huge stretch, daily driven huge stretch, not one issue. 800+rwhp built vg30 going in it now and i doubt i'll have issues with a 265 on a 12.5
daily my civic with that fitment, never had one tire issue. now its going built.boosted ls/vtec 400hp or so and i wont have one issue.
getting my motor done will have to wait though... i hop a plane to costa rica tomorrow... week in my own private villa with a 23yr old swedish nanny = giggity giggity goo

need opinions ladies n gents!! my buddie gave me a set of itr optional replica (yes they're fiberglass...) side skirts, and i'm wanting opinions on should i rock them or sell them? i would paint them if i rocked them. they fit my wagon mudflaps perfectly... but idk about the fin.
also they're just chillin up against the car, so they're not actually fit properly in this pic:

in other news i ordered a set of kyb gr2's for the back of my car, going to order the fronts and some top hats on my payday next week

i'm thinking about doing a 5 lug swap on my car cuz i just found an ad on cl for a guy parting out a v6 6th gen accord. but i also need to source accord ex rear knuckles, prelude hubs, integra discs, and legend calipers all the way around.. and likely run new brake lines and swap the prop valve/master cylinder

how long are those end to end? i wonder if they would fit the hatch, I think if they were black they wouldn't look bad, anyway, haven't been on much, been recovering from an infection in my wrist from a piece of metal, and the antibiotics are kicking my ***.
I got some more stuff done on the oil cooler, It's pretty much painted now and I made a trim piece for the hose, where it comes through the fender, and a nice split clamp to hold the silicone hose on the cooler inlet, I hate worm drive clamps.

the trim ring is for the orange hose

I know nobody like random stickers, but does anything think a few old school stickers on an old school car are bad? I would like to get a copy made of my S&S decal, the original is too rare to put on the car, and a few others, I actually have the parts through, they are mostly hard core engine parts.
