BUILT NOT BOUGHT!
I've just been cleaning up the interior with new parts, gonna be swapping in si brakes soon. I just need some spacers to clear the hx's. Also decided to get my car repainted in the spring time.
As long as its made from High grade quality metal and wont corrode. Then you should be fine.
Thanks for the reply Brayzie, they seem to look like a good piece of kit.

i know all to well haha, i always put my families needs before my own so i feel you on that one
buying things for my son makes me feel better than buying anything else could

So we all family people here are we?
I have a 2-1/2 Year old girl, she sucks all my spare money up all over the place..... though she is my Princess. Just bought her a Buzz Lightyear toy because she loves Toy Story so badly..... there goes $150.00 haha!!
OK now back to Building not buying, been having a discussion about wasted spark setups. I've always been led to believe these things are only really bennificial to high rpm / boosted setups. Would there be any benifit to adding this to an N/A street engine with only minor bolt ons?

Yeah a boost of stupidity, lol I told him not to drive it far. Because when we were on our way back from cruise to cannon beach it lost compression in cylinder one, back in August. Now he threw a rod and busted a hole in the block.

Hmmm...It would be nice, if they told you what grade of metal they use for their studs.

that is usually everyone's plans, but it doesn't always go according to plan. i know i wasn't planning to have a kid when i did. but if you ask any of us in here, i'm sure we will all say the same thing. planned or not, they mean to world to us and we wouldn't trade them for ANY thing.
my daughter is 3 1/2 and already loves to spend time with me in the garage and "help" me work on cars. she even said the other day that when she gets big, she wants to fix cars. i almost cried i was so happy!!! lol
i can't see a drop in compression causing a rod through the block. now a drop in oil pressure and spinning a bearing i could def see. and seeing how low the hole is in the block, i'd bet thats more along the lines of what happened. was there any rod knock that you know of?

that's nice, I have a fully built Donkey in the paddock next door, port flowed nostrels, hardened ball bearings, and a pipe that touches z grass..... but who's even reading this??
What I'm trying to say is, without information a sentence is worthless!!
Oldskool: I wouldn't give up my kid for anything in the world, wasn't planning on having kids, but now I have my girl I cant believe I didn't want one sooner

Having a kid and buying a house really knocks a car budget out. I need to hit the lottery or something. So much I wanna do to the teg. And so little money and time right now.

OK, So I ordered that Blox Inlet Stud kit, will see if the package comes with any specs on the grade / type of metal the studs are. Worse comes to worse, I will just buy some high grade Stainless Cap screws and just use them.
i def want kids i agree they are great i have a 3 yr old nephew that i love to death. Im just no where financially stable enough for a family yet is what i meant.. I want to TRY and plan my babies so none of us struggle, which im sure is everyones plan.
^^ I had the exact same mindset, but once you have them you learn to work around your finances. Lets face it, you will never be financially sound enough to have a kid if you have that mindset. I was given the altermatum of a kid, or find a new wife..... in heindsight I shoulda chosen new wife HAHA..... but in saying that I wouldnt have my little princess if I had chosen that!
^^ made me lol
but yeah, you beat me to it. no one is ever financially ready for a kid unless you're filthy rich. trust me, i'm FAR from financially stable

varrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrooooooooooooooooooooooooooommmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! PSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS SH!
hola mi amigos! sorry i been MIA for awhile but i been working my *** off. working two job leave me with no time to do anything but im doing it so i can support my family. yes everyone is talking about their kid so i guess i'll share too.
i was 18 when i found out my 16 years old gf was prego! we kept the baby and now im 20 my gf is 18 and my daughter, aka my world, is 19 months. I definitely struggle when i was unemployed at the end of last year but this year im back on my feet and doing what i can to support my family and my car building addiction. I definitely DID NOT expect to be a father at such a young age but i stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for my actions.
gotta admit im not doing to bad with both, i drive a LSV Turbo civic and have a healthy daughter and a healthy relationship.
As far as my plans go for next year. The motor build is still on. The plan of picking up a TSX is still on, HOWEVER there has been a slight change in the plans but i will let you guys know when that time comes.
LOTS OF UPDATES SOON TO COME!
