Its all in what you want. The D16z6 is a pretty decent platform for a start since you already have it. I made close to 600hp out of a d16z6. Was it practical. NO. But neither is my j32 civic

Called today to figure out what's going on because i haven't had a chance to go there because of work and the lady who answered the phone said the owner and manager were busy and will return my call. When i told her why i was calling the manager came in and took the phone, and told me the owner wasn't in today... this is after the lady said the owner was busy. I also asked him if they got the email i sent of the damage, he said yeah... then i asked why i didn't recieve a call from them since it's been 10 days and he said he didn't know. He is suppose to call me first thing in the morning but i will be there when they open. Sorry for the long rant and more then likely bad punctuation lol.

 

lol its all good. but hopefully you can get something straightened out with them. some stupid bull **** that a lil bit of common sense could have avoided from the start

 

All they had to do was either call me, walk to the shop next door where i was waiting or stop what they were doing. Now it's gonna cost them

Sorry guys been busy with the car. Well I got some questions. One is the timing on a d15b1 the same as the timing on a b7. I'm doing a mini me swap. D16a6 vtec heads an d15b1 block. Recently had the heads on the d15b7 an wanted to knw if I need to adjust the cam gear or can I use the same adjustment that I had for the B7. I also need to knw if the valves out of the d15b1 heads will work for the a6 heads.
