BUILT NOT BOUGHT!
What's up BNB?
Ok so I am thinking about upgrading my clutch, now what I would like opinions on is a 3 puck - 4 puck the way to go for street daily driving for those that have had a b20 set up and if the day ever comes I take her to the track I'm already set? Or anyone care to recommend an alternate option. Thanks

i know people who've daily driven every type of clutch, just depends how much you're willing to go through haha, if you have a basic setup a stage 2 clutch would be fine, i would suggest competition clutch, act, and exedy, 3 brands we've used and have had good results with, i had a b20 in my da with a b16 lsd trans, i ran a exedy stage 1 clutch and fidanza flywheel with that and it was fine

and surprisingly to me, neither car was too hard to drive, stiff clutch, but after awhile your leg gets buff and you get used to it lol
Unsprung for daily driven. Not fun to drive. I had a act stage 3 or 4 don't remember but it was unsprung and it was not fun to drive daily. I now have an act 6puck sprung and it's pretty good and can handle my turbo setup.
Clutch Competition Stage 5 - Strip Series 1420 Clutch Kit or is this overkill for daily driving with occassional aggressive driving
what's the difference with this one vs. 4 puck?

yeah with a clutch that supports 250, later down the road if you decide to internally fully build your motor or something that clutch will still hold up, honestly for a stock b20vtec set up you dont even need anything crazy, just like a stage 1-2 disc, but just go with the stage 3 6-Puck for fun

but CC doesn't show a stage 3 6 puck so I might go with this one.
