BUILT NOT BOUGHT!
i dont know if you have Lee auto in your area....but thats where i got my axles....they arent re-mans they are brand new aftermarket axles and have held up to alot of abuse so far...and they dont even leak grease like 90% of the other aftermarket axles do
So my buddy bought my single turbo setup the other day and we swapped it in today.

While we were doing the swap i was looking around the engine bay and i found a good spot to run my wire tuck. Planning on doing the tuck on tuesday. i'll keep you guys updated.

Thanks I don't think I have a Lees auto around my way..I ended up getting my axel from NAPA parts and installed it the same day.
Also did my oil change, car still feels sluggish/CAT clogged/soemthing holding my car back
I think I am gonna have a mechanic look at it and tell me what may be wrong and then fix it myself.

Bought a B18C (GSR) engine for it last week, which is currently on an Engine stand outside my work office.
Eagle Silicone HT Leads
Awaiting Delivery of a Skunk2 Pro2 inlet manifold
Awaiting delivery of a Phenolic Intake Gasket
Finding Funds for throttle body currently
Trying to decide on what Flywheeel / Clutch combination to go with

Any Ideas on getting a few extra Ponies out of the new engine would be appreciated, Still need to replace the Stock exhaust, but dont want anything loud / droning.
(Its my family hauler so don't want my little girl going deaf before her time)

Hahaha, funny you should say that..... I have been investigating EK Throttle cables to run under the Intake Plenum. (I hate that whole loop with passion!!)
Cant say I noticed the clutch cable on my DA6 compared to the throttle cable on my EG9. Defintely going to do a bit of a tuck of the Passengers side before the B18C goes into the car (will be removing the guards so they dont get damaged)
Going to clean up the engine harness on the B18C whilst it's out of the car and try hide the loom as much as possible.

Well I just replaced the brake pads front & rear on the EG9 with EBC Greenstuffs, and the difference is like night and day. Possibly didnt help that some idiot had installed the read brake pads incorrectly on one side. Problem i was having, is if you trail braked a little turning a Left the back of the car would start to swing out. I had replaced the Trailing Arm bushing thinking this was the problem, replaced the brake hoses as they were perished and the brake feel wasn't right. So I tried replacing the brake pads, I pulled the old ones out, to see that the R/H Rear pad on the inside was worn on like 30' angle. Looks like someone had installed it without locating the dowel into the cross on the rear brake piston, which caused the brake pad to sit incorrectly and inadvertantly giving less braking surface on the rotor.
In other news, here's my B18C on the pallet outside my office about to be lifted into the loft whilst I'm on Vacation

It's now been converted from OBD2A to OBD1, and I will be doing a custom engine harness for it once I get the Skunk2 Inlet Manifold on it.
