I sanded and buffed and painted them,taking my time. Not one over spray ,ark or runs.

Now i just need a set of shocks to lower the bitch tomorrow,if i get the time.

I can't got to low with it cause the BBP muffler will drag,but ill be dropping it more so it looks much better.

That part wasn't polished do to having a cap that goes over it,it was sanded,but i wasn't worried about the center being all smooth like the rest. It would of took "FOREVER" just to do it.
Its all even,it might just be the reflection of the sun that makes it look like its uneven.

Nothing much, picked up some Rota slips today that need some TLC.I'm gonna strip em and polish em. gonna be my DD wheels.I'm getting tired of Hx wheels plus don't wanna buy spacers when I do my swap.

 

That's cool,i to just got new rims that i polished and cleaned,its a bitch,but looks good after..lol

 

yeah polishing the slips is gonna be easier than polishing mesh wheels.

happened as i was bleeding the coolant yesterday RIGHT before i was about to drive it for the first time. not putting a new belt in owned me this time. first time i have EVER had this happen out of all the cars i've had/messed with

 

Always put a new belt on belt on when a motor is out. I can't believe you didn't do that. Hopefully everything is cool.

 

yeah i know herb. i have re-used belts so many times and never had any issues until this one. something told me to change it before i put it in, but i didnt. now i'm paying for it. the really shitty part about it is, i put the crank pulley bolt on with my cordless impact, and not the same impact wont take it back off. nothing i have done will take it off. so now i have to pull the motor back out and put it on the engine stand to get the crank locked up and have plenty of room to get some good leverage on the bolt. yesterday was not a good day to say the least.

i'm just glad it did it while it was sitting in my garage and not while i was driving it
