I went to the drag strip again this weekend. Got my car down to 8.9901 in the 1/8th. Made it to the third round in bracket racing then snapped an axle. Also got my tach hooked up, only revving to 5k.

 

yeah i know man. i'm soooo glad i wasnt driving when it happened. i THINK everything will be ok once i get another belt on it

sucks about the axle. whats with only revving to 5k? i thought you got everything worked out on it??

 

I thought so too but I just got my tach working friday and that wasn't the case

i got my car running again tonight and finally got to take it for a drive. damn is it ever slow! lol. oh well, that should be fixed by the end of the weekend
