it's not going to be solid, it gets filled with urethane, the solid center pin is set in there now to check the installed height, the aluminum collar around it, will set the height of the pin while the urethane cures, then the collar will come out, this will leave a different center pin locked into the urethane mount and a gap of about 1/4 inch around the pin. I have to order the urethane, it will probably be later this month, it gets mixed with the activator, poured in, and then takes about a week to set. the durometer i'm going to use is about the same as the energy suspension motor mounts
cdubz... no they went in like that if i put them threw the bottom the hole on the spindal is smaller.
91_sedankid;damn nice four door looks clean.

did some more updating on my exhaust thread, this system is turning out to be a son of a bitch to fit, the clearances are so tight under this car, it's a wonder how a wooden mallet to a heat shield can create that 1/4 inch clearance you need https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...6#post44600166

All done. Fired her up tonight for the first time. Gotta mess with idle on the throttle body cause it's kinda high but other then that it's fine. Didn't spend to much time but it cleaned up nice.

Got some rims today, there not perfect but there not steelys..lol There 5 stars painted white. The bad thing about this tho is i sold my cam for them,so can't post pics till i get another one. Next its lowering the ride and doing a little touch-up work and ordering some amber bumper and corner lights to help set her off.

I got rid of my aluminum rims and bought steelies lol, of course i'm after the old school look, and they look like 70's Honda factory rims, they actually weigh a few pounds less each then the aluminum rims I've got beauty rings and H center caps for them
