Well for real I haven't pulled 9k rev. Yet I tried 8k though I don't push my motor to the max can't gamble blowing a motor.. I'm just glad got my motor is running as it should be rather running it without vtec....

Point is it would not make power @ 9k and there is no point to reving that high.........................
I know it must sound cool to tell ppl that but...... I'd rather have a car with 4 intact pistons

B20 is sold for $1550. I never thought I would that out of it! My new plan is to rebuild my GSR motor like this:
.25 overbore
p30 pistons
oem bearings
hastings rings
ctr/itr/s2s1 cams

What sort of power do you think I'll see on a build like this? It should only cost me like 400 bucks, sans cams.

Maybe check out S2 Pro-1's or Blox P-1. However S2 just released a revised copy of the PRO 1 which is a straight drop in cam and requires no degreeing. Those would also require you getting new springs and retainers as well.....

From your build mentioned about, honestly in my opinion and experience not much. Should make slightly more power then a stock GSR, maybe 175 wheel if the parts mesh well.

I was thinking I would get closer to 200 whp. that's nearly 12:1 compression with some bigger cams. I'm also planning on spraying a little extra fuel via 310 or 390 cc injectors.

LoL 200 whp doesnt come that easy, back to the drawing boards.
Your gonna need some head work, better cams, valve train, Intake mani, Injectors, TB, Pistons should be ok though. Engine Management, etc. Should yield like 11.5:1 or so cmp.
