1. tell us about your da. how long have u had it? what was it like when u got it compared to now? Bought my DA almost a year ago from a local junk yard it was a mess it still is not done but has came a long way
2. what do you like about your DA? why you chose it as a car? Hell whats not to like about it fun to drive good on gas quick and handles great. I originally chose it because it was cheap and easy on gas
3. what are your future plans for your da? not sure whats next other than redo paint and body in the winter
4. why do u want to be in the DA Squad? great people great cars what more could you want

the current state

whats up guys, i have a chance to buy an ls block with 86k miles and comes w/ arp rod bolts for 280$. then i can buy a b16 head of my gf's brother for 300$ complete, so i'll just need the lsvtec kit and the ecu. what you guys think

Not bad but i would do a little more to the motor if it's already apart. No need to do the same thing twice.

you should put in ITR pistons or b16 pistons while you build it.

have any of you guys ever rebuilt a trans yourself? when i pull my b18c to swap blocks for my b20 bottom, i was thinking about popping apart my trans and replacing some syncros. ive had it apart to replace a bad bearing once before but ive never replaced any of the syncros. i know that they need to be shimmed correctly by using hondas little shim kit or whatever. basically im asking if i could do it in a night. i was only planning on replacing 3rd and 4th.
