does it display 10.5, with a broken 5 ? and it stayed there ?
you may have some open wires from the sensor to the box, double check the wiring, make sure you have no shortage or etc.

you may have cut one of the 7 wires open coming out of the box to the sensor...and possibly shorten it...
my suggestion, IM falcon, he can tell you the diagnostic steps as far trying to find where the open wire is...

i ran into a similar problem with mine. i couldnt get a Vout signal from pin 7 of Con 3 to the display. http://www.techedge.com.au/vehicle/wbo2/wiring.htm other than that make sure u have enough voltage supplied to it, the 1.0 need 13.2 volts and the 1.5's need 11.0 volts

Did the unit EVER work?
There is a problem with the displays getting stuck at 10.5 depending on how
cold it is (the display unit)..
Get a voltmeter and check the voltage across pins 6 and 7 (serial from the control
box).. and if you get a voltage, but the display still shows 10.5... then changes are
you have this problem.
I have the problem as well.. usually happens at night when it's colder outside.
This also happens when the photosensor on the face doesn't get enough light..
I think the design is screwy in some ways.. Try reading more at the
DIY-WBO2 yahoo forum.. search for wideband!

well...... i unplugged the O2 sensor and plugged it back in, and ten after echo's post, i checked the display again (it's behind a flip down door under the radio), and it was working, so, either it was a bad connection to the sensor, or the display had to warm up, either way it works now, and that GReddy blue box is an excellent fuel management setup for 7psi, it reads between 14.4 and 14.8 at part, and WOT
