Icon6 Won't start!

So here's the deal, got a 99 civic si with fully built b18 with stage 3 full race kit. I'm running a p28 ecu with s300. The check engine light is on and the fuel pump isn't priming so the car won't start. I replaced the walbro 255 with a brand new one and replaced the main relay. I'd appreciate ne suggestions or advice thanks

Well... what's the engine light? Do you have power at the fuse for the fuel pump in the fusebox? Etcetcetc

If your not getting fuel. Get to your pump get a volt meter make sure you have 12v going to the pump and a good ground. If theres no voltage then trace back to the main relay then to the fuses. Im not sure off the top of my head if the signal comes from the ecu to the relay or not. If you dont have a helms yet now is the perfect time to pick one up

Alright I'll do that. I looked at the fuses under the hood for it but didn't find one that has to do with fuel.. Is it under the hood or somewhere else?

Just because I'm asking questions doesn't mean I'm working on my car that exact moment. I just wanna know my options.. So when I do work on it I'll know
