and do i have to cut a chunk out of the block to clear for the turbo??

 

you do not need to cut anything man. it will bolt right up no problem.

 

yes you will more than likely have to notch the webbing on the front of the block like i had to*** cold side facing passenger side***
and yes it will clear the ac/ps

 

yeah you'll be fine, that turbo isnt big at all.

 

flush the small rib below the engine code/number for more clearance..

if its a 4 bolt turbine outlet you will have to notch a significant amount of block out

 

i notched my block with that turbo. just get a die grinder and some goggles haha

 

if you are 4 bolt i would seriously consider getting a 5 bolt exhaust housing. I did almost the exact same set up (cast revhard mani with the same turbo in a integra) and it took a fair amount of work to fit the turbo. it is doable for sure but it wasn't easy. If i had not already had my 3 inch dp made by spoolin performance (excellent fitment btw, cleared the ac perfectly) i would have switched to a five bolt. I was however able to keep my full sized radiator with the set up which was a plus
