5 bolt turbo for ac

5 bolt turbo for ac
I am using the go-autoworks cast turbo manifold on my d16 so I am able to retain my ac. I have done my best to research what will fit and looks like the biggest ac turbo setups are 50 trims.
I need a turbo that is capable of 300-350whp. I have a y7 block with eagles/vitaras and a stock rebuilt z6 head. I am having trouble finding a 5 bolt turbo that is of good size or doesnt have an internal wg. Any pointers would be great.

you don't need e85 for 350whp, premium pump gas will do you just fine with right size injector and fuel pump, not that you can't use e85 but it just not reasonable, you will end up paying a dollar less for e85 comparing to premium but probably be filling up your fuel tank twice as fast. just my .02 cent to think about.

I'm more worried about what will fit then anything, I am putting a slim fan on the front of the condensor to save a inch or two there. Would like to keep the turbo under 800 if all possible, or at least an idea of what kind of used turbo I could look for.

Hx35 is quite a physically large turbo isn't it, and the divided housing wouldnt work with my cast ac manifold...correct?

The HX35 is a bit difficult to integrate into the manifold he has, due to its physical size of the cartridge and compressor housing as well as the turbine housing must modified completely. It WILL NOT allow him to have A/C.

Right now I am looking into a precision 4831b. What do you guys think of it? Tried to search it and found almost no info on it. Maybe it with the .63 ar housing would net me my goal?

any t04b or t04e compressor housing turbo will fit (e will require slight block grinding) any t04s or ported shroud compressor housing turbos will not fit as there isn't enough clearance ...
so t3/5 bolt turbine and t04b/t04e compressor housing based turbos will all fit your current manifold
