So the 2 allen head bolts aren't right on the oil passages? So basically remove the bolts and weld in a bung and run the line? Because i dont want to do this then have oil pump up the lines instead of going up to the head. So is that the correct method?

Also do you have to have a dry sump oil pan for the 2 fittings on the back of the block, or can you do this with a stock oil pan? So basically the 2 on the back of the block act as a vent under a load and oil will come out, but under like idle those 2 then act as a drain is that correct? Also does anyone know what size of plug is used to plug the stock hole where the black box was originally? thanks

Mine is not as pretty as Tonys, but it is 100% functional and has been pressure tested and leak checked to 25psi. I did the leak check with just soapy water....

And a close up of my welds.... like I said not as pretty as Tonys

What's wrong with using something that works. Yes, I copied his design, I never said I didn't. I have mine in the same location too because we have the same freakin' car.

Tony, did you baffle yours? I did on mine. It looks like a chambered muffler inside. If you know what that looks like.

Here's something I fabbed myself. 2.5" Aluminum pipe baffled with drain, 3 inlets(one from black box, one from valve cover to right side of can, around baffle then out to pre turbo. I plugged the PCV valve with JB weld to avoid leakage. I also added some steel wool in the bottom of the can to aid in filteration.

The tube resting on the valve cover goes to the black box.

All hooked up.

Yea I had the same problem with the endyn breather puking everywhere (with the drain back properly setup)

I just added a second can off the valve cover with 2 -12AN lines. Now there is hardly any blow by at all from the endyn, a very little bit from the stock valve cover port and most comes out the 2 -12's. No more puking, and it's just fumes....thankfully. Oh yea, and I'm using a KMS-Fab catch can as the second one.

Yeah. I have two small lines coming off the valve cover. My can has yet to puke. I'm not making the power some people (Tony1, Turbo-charged, etc) are making. At the same time I am making a good amount of power and the car uses it quite a bit

But the question is how much power are you making and how do you drive the car?
