I like Vibrant because it's thin and strong, but there is a price to pay for quality AL.

www.globaltecheng.com is another great source for mandrel bends.

I like their site because you can buy "builder kits" with any number of bends depending on what your making. If you're just doing an up/down pipe, you can get a basic kit. Doing a whole intercooler setup? Get a more advanced kit. With a chop saw, sharpie, and a welder you can make just about anything. I was amazed how easy it was when I first saw a buddy of mine do it.

Columbia river.. they even have a b list piping they sell cheap that has blemishes

Also vibrant, burns, kteller, ebay etc

Ebay and then fab it, I bought my last kit for 97$ shipped whole kit, just cut and weld where you want it to form.
