Default 90 crx si b16 turbo manifold help

I do not have the a/c or ps. I have swapped to the half radiator. Is there a turbo manifold that will place my gt3582 in a place so I dont have cut something? If so what manifold and could I see some pics. I have a cast log manifold and tubular top mount. Cast puts the turbo in the radiator and the top mount puts the intake side against the dr side headlight.

Honestly, a lot of shops can make you a custom manifold. You just need the pieces from a different manifold that bolt to the turbo and the exhaust flange. Then they can make a tubular manifold that will fit your specs.

If it's a good shop they could cut the flanges in shop and you wouldn't have to supply your own.

I've used an InlinePro manifold with everything from a T3/T4 up to a BW S372. Never had fitment issues with my headlight or radiator. Of course, being in an EF, you do have to be creative at times to make everything fit.

I also had the 67 on the InlinePro. If I could fit the BW without grinding down the block, you should be able to fit most anything.

It was a little tight, but I made it work. Again, you just have to be creative at times, and take your time and plan things out well.

Any cast manifold like the inline pro should work fine as do most mini rams. Anything different and you run into major clearance issues

And as far as a turbo that large.... it will be very very laggy especially on a b16. You're better off sticking with something in the 3076-32xx range for a streetable turbo that makes decent top end but isn't nearly as laggy and a dog to drive all the time

Look at the GoAutoworks Mini Ram and tube log mani, they may work well in a EF.
