whats the hole in the middle for? is it for the wasgate? or is a bolt suppost to go threw it? i want to turn the boost up but my 3rd gear already spikes to 10 psi but the 2nd stays at 8 and 1st at 6.. anyone have any ideas? i know i can port out the wasgate but can i just do that hole or do i have to take it all apart then do it?

Porting out the wastegate hold (or around it) I heard helps with creep/spikes

if you are talking about the elbow that bolts on to the side of the turbo, a long bolt goes through it to hold the elbow to the turbine housing. if it is the hole i am thinking of.

there is supposed to be a bolt that goes through that into the turbine housing. it is a pretty long bolt.

yes a long bolt goes through this hole, mine backed out from the threads and I had to re-tighten it. Just install a long bolt and you should be good.
