Default broken bolt on turbo

ok well i was taking my tubo off the downpipe and one of my bolts snapped, how should i go about getting this out. it is broke flush with the housing of the turbo. so if u guys could please help me out this time before i have no boost,lol

drill it and re tap the hole or drill and use easy out.. try not to get shavings in the wheel

best way to get out a broken bolt is to weld a nut on the end of whats left of the bolt. then just break it loose with a wrench

yea i was thinking about that but its broke off flush with the housing, so i didnt wanna take a chance of getting the bolt welded to the housing by accident,lol
