Its a good package to go with.You can do better price and performance wise but that will cost you big, time wise (both research wise and assembly wise).Budget another $500 for a Hondata box.

i was on a budget plan till i got sponsered fro $12,000 so money is no problem

but on the hondata subject can i use that with me SAFCII since there both air fuel management will they work together

If this is a race car than skip the drag kit.There are several people on this site that can put together a nice package if you are honest with you budget and goals.
The SAFCII is a bandaid,you will need a real engine management system.
