What valves are recommended for 15 psi +
Im getting ready to build my Full LS motor ---dont need that vtech crap.
Everytime I am ready to build it I find a great deal on some kinda part.....now I found some valvetrain.
I plan on doing some crazy Jinxproof stock sleeved motor. Gonna be boosting 15 or so on pump gas.
Anyways.....what valves would you guys say that I use? I would like to stay away from oversizing since I will be doing the port/polish work myself and dont have the facilities to machine the head at all. OR, should I spend the money and get oversize, how much .5mm, 1.0mm?? On which side. From what people say, keep the intake stock and go big on the exhaust.
What should I do?

here's the thing I wanna know...who has a High powered honda that uses stock valves up to 9000rpm. I'm getting better valvetrain stuff, but I'm not too sure on vlaves.
Do you guys think Ferrea is required for twisting the motor to 8500 on occasion? More like 8000 daily and 8500 at the track.
Stoopid. I know you have had a lot of good luck with LS motors. You think I should stay with stock? The cams Im gonna be running are really wild....way more aggressive than any turbo cam out there....totally custom---some may know what Im going with...lets keep that a secret

I've talked to a few people on here and some like Ferrea and some like Skunk2, but I have also run into people, particularly 2K_TEG, who at the time was planning on using Manley valvetrain components.
I contacted them and they sent a free catalog and it's has a lot of information. They cover all cars, both domestic and imports, except for Mitsubishi
But in actuality, I plan on running all Skunk2 products in the valvetrain except the cam. I'm still unsure on who I should go with about the cam. Any suggestions?
So for you guys checking out different valvetrain companies, try out Manley and see what they can offer.

Supertech stainless steal black nitrided valves are very good. I use those!
