What is this? Tetra?
Can anyone please help me out and tell me exactly what this is and what it is used for. I would appreciate it. The word "Tetra" is on each hanging thing...

Thats for a fish tank those are one way whatever you want to call them, similair to a pcv valve. I believe they use them for boost control, or to trick the wastegate into more boost. Do a search for something along those lines, should come up with some more info. I'd just buy a cheap boost controller though, ten bucks i think is what i paid.

Where exactly do you apply them in the turbo set up? Sorry I am not too familiar with missing link either...

In the vaccume line between the TB and the map sensor. They bleed off the boost so the sensor only sees vaccum. It works if your using an FMU for fuel management.
TETRA is a kind of fish...
These can be purchased at any local pet store for under a buck each.

When you're in boost they bleed off pressure from the MAP sensor line to fool the MAP sensor into not seeing boost. Use them in combo with an FMU to avoid a check engine light on a boosted car. The car should operate normally under vacuum because they shouldn't leak air into the MAP sensor line during normal driving.
You've obviously gotta use a MAP sensor that is connected via a line, not the OBDI+ stock MAP on the throttlebody.
I've never used 'em so don't ask me for too many details, hehe. I'd highly recommend a tuneable EMS over this type of hack if you're running over 6lbs.
