right now im at 5psi. I have a t3/t4 turbo with a tial wastegate. even with a manual boost controller i cannot create more boost? am i missing anything? the top of my wastegate has a small screw in hole but nothings there.

 

first thing first, check for leaks in your charge pipes.

Boost leak..

 

its funny you say that cuz i do have a boost leak comming from 2 couplers, if i replace them and find no more leaks it should be gravy?

Are you sure your manual boost controller is hooked up properly.. Usally if you can create 5psi of boost then you can create more even if you have a boost leak.. Im not saying you will build alot more but it should go past 5psi..
