yeah, boost controllers only go up, but anyway i believe the stock mitsu t25 is actuated at 8 psi and it creeps all the way to 12. i need to get it down to be safe but really dont know how.

cant u just put a check valve with a manual valve on the wastegate line... that way u can turn it enough for some boost to go and lower the boost

If you have an internal WG it might help to port it out so it can bypass more around the turbine. Even a MM or 2 will greatly improve the flow. oh and it's free

yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I have a 2.5 inch dp and 2.5 inch turbo back exhaust w/o cat. i think it flows so well that it draws more boost. oh yeha. i dont think that i can use a check valve sense im running the smc which reads the map sensor thus if a check valve was used, i would read less psi and not compensate fuel accordingly and i would run lean, and i dont think that i want to run lean at 12 psi on a stock zc. any other ideas on how to prevent it for boost creeping? thanks guys

Try adding a CAT and see how it does.
Or like the other guy said, port the wastegate port out some.
I think your exhaust is flowing more than your wastegate can keepup with.
Same problem with external wastegates and open DP

Try tapping the wastegates vacuum line on the intake manifold instead of the compressor housing.
