Default What psi on t25bb actuator

Im currently running a stock map sensor but the car seems to want to boost more than 11psi but cuts off. I also installed a mannual boost controller which doesnt seem to be working as i tried to get it to hold boost at 8psi. Its on a stock b16a2 if that helps.

Take a vacuum/pressure pump w/guage, hook it directly to the wastegate, pump, and see when the shaft moves. They tend to open slightly early, but the bleedoff keeps them shut long enough where it doesn't cause much lag. Otherwise...if it's installed, whatever level it holds at (before boost creep, if any) is the opening pressure.

I know this, i just need to figure what spring is in the actuator. Can anyone figure it out without using a pressure pump
