Sorry wasn't specific enough. My head has been o-ringed so I have to have a copper one. The only place I have found them is on Summit, but they have a bunch of different thicknesses, how do I know what thickness I need?

Well I dont think there is any set thickness you need. The thicker it is the less compression and the thinner it is there would be more compression. Thats what ive read and I think im right. .030 is stock I *think*

Does the thickness effect the sealing power any? Like a certain thickness will seal better for longer?

I have this headgasket brand new still sealed in the package for sale. Your's for $45 shipped. The tag on the package says "SCE Part # 91364 Honda D - 16 .043" copper head gasket"

You should discuss this decision with your engine builder.
Piston to head clearance can be extremely important to proper engine performance. Worst case, you get a gasket that is too thin and the pistons say hello to the head. Too thick and you can lose the valuable 'squish' area of the motor.

Its not too late to cancel your order till they ship it.
