stock. i welded a bung in to my charge pipe and found a threaded fitting for it that was like a reducer for pluming and stuck the stock sensor in there and used epoxy to seal it works great.

We actually have some new sensors that are similar to the GM, and the same cal as the GM, but slightly quicker response. They are an M14 x 1.5 thread, but we also have threaded aluminum weld on bungs for them.

Night and day difference between these and the Honda sensor. There's right about a 12 second delay between the two on the drag strip. Obviously 12 seconds late on your air temp comps doesn't do you much good.

Not sure how far off the cal will be running one on an S300 with a Honda temp sensor cal, but the cal being off won't be a big deal if you tune around it. The temp changing quickly is way more important than the actual number being correct. I think it's no more than 30 deg or so off though.

Get a bung and a threaded IAT fitting from a CRV. Easy peasy.

Do a search under my name for some ramblings on GM IAT sensor vs Honda OEM. I did some math on the calibrations if I remember correctly.

No, the GM/AEM uses resisted voltage, I have this sensor and I couldnt get it to work with the inputs in NepTune, I was quite upset....lol

nowtype I have a list of the temperatures and resistance values for the GM sensor, they problem for me was converting those figures into 0-5v figures, so I gave up on it.
