Default what to do about PCV and AT sensor when installing turbo

I am going through the Greddy install instrucitons and looking at my car to see if I would have any questions. I notice that when I disconnect the old breather hose that it has an Air Temperature sensor and the Positive Crankcase Ventilation tube running into it. I was wondering what to do about these since it won't be connecting to my charge pipe that replaces the breather hose. The PCV pipe will interfere with the charge pipe so I am guessing I would need to remove it or shorten it. My guess with resepect to the AT sensor is to just leave it unconnected. Anyone know for sure? Thanks.
